Make almost any kind of wine you can think up. Use this guide to stimulate your imagination. Blend complimentary fruits to balance acids, sugar content, and flavors. I'd love to hear about your favorite wines to add to the list.*

Note of caution: When using wild plants, be sure to properly identify plants. Never use poisonous plants.

JANUARY: Banana Spice, Barley, Beetroot, Carrot, Cranberry , Honey mead, Ginger, Juices, Maple Syrup, Orange, Parsnip, Potato, Rice, Raisin, Turnip, Wheat.

FEBRUARY: Apple Cider (pure), Banana Ginger, Beetroot, Carrot, Celery, Dried Fig, Grape juice, Honey mead, Maple Syrup, Orange Parsnip, Potato, Prune, Raisin, Turnip, and Wheat.

MARCH: Banana, Barley, Carrot, Dandelion, Grape juice, Orange, Parsnip, Juices, Potato, Turnip.

APRIL: Apple Cider, Banana, Carrot, Dandelion, Grape juice, Honey mead, Oak leaf, Orange, Pineapple, Rhubarb (stalks only, leaves are toxic), Turnip.

MAY: Banana Strawberry, Dandelion, Elderflower, Honey Mead, Rhubarb (stalks only, leaves are toxic).

JUNE: Apricot, Beetroot, Black Raspberry, Cherry, Elderflower, Gooseberry, Hawthom blossom, Parsley, Peach, Peppermint, Plum, Raspberry, Rhubarb (stalks only), Rose petal, Salmonberry, Strawberry, Strawberry Rhubarb.

JULY: Apricot, Blackcurrant, Boysenberry, Black Raspberry, Cherry, Clover Blossom (Red, crimson, and/or white), Dandelion, Gooseberry, Jalapeno Pepper, Loganberry, Melomel, Mulberry, Parsley, Peppermint, Raspberry, Rhubarb (stalks only), Rose petal, Salmonberry, Strawberry, Thimbleberry (Pacific NW).

AUGUST: Apricot, Blackberry, Blueberries, Currants ­ Black or Red, Cantaloupe, Carrot, Cherry, Dandelion, Gooseberry, Herbal, Huckleberries, Jalapeno Pepper, Lemon Balm, Loganberry, Marion Berry, Peach, Peppermint, Plum, Raspberry, Rose petal, Sage, Serviceberries, Strawberry, Watermelon.

NOVEMBER: Apple, Banana, Carrot, Cranberry, Elderberry, Ginger, Grape juice, Honey mead, Maple Syrup, Orange, Parsnip, Pear, Pineapple, Potato, Rosehip, Sloe, Sultana, Turnip.

DECEMBER: Apple, Banana, Barley, Beetroot, Carrot, Cranberry, Root ginger, Grape juice, Honey mead, Maple Syrup, Orange juice (fresh squeezed), Parsnip, Pear, Pineapple juice (100% pure), Potato, Wheat.

* I've tried pumpkin, red tomato and green tomato. So far I have not been favorably impressed.
