Cooking with your homemade wines or just enjoying a glass with your meal is a time honored tradition.  Use your wines to create delicious dishes by braising  or sautéing meats, poultry or fish in your wines.  They will add a fruity note while blending flavors.  Deglaze the pan  after searing meats -  it frees most of the delicious flavor  from the pan making lovely sauces and gravies, as well as making cleaning easier later.
